This sauce was created for my dear friends Kate and Grant Hermes originally for their wedding. This batch is the second in honor of their newborn boy. It's getting hot in here with this zesty and rich sauce that seemingly goes well with all foods. My spice mix that went into this sauce smells wonderful.
Ingredients: Onion, Vinegar, Garden Peppers, Water, Passion Fruit, Himalayan Salt, Lemon Zest, Coriander, Garlic, Hibiscus, Dill Seed, Szechuan Peppercorn, Chipotle, Cardamom
