Umami Bomb shines off the taste of Japan with an Italian flare.  It truly lives up to its name and is incredibly delicious.  This batch has pickled black garlic in it along with colatura di Alici(a salted anchovy extract) from Campana in Italy which it is very well known for.  Taste it by itself to truly experience the fifth known main taste bud of umami.  You will experience a sense of deliciousness that will linger and you will salivate more but even after a few minutes, you will still think that it tastes damn good.  This sauce is truly unique with all of the umami coming from the natural ingredients with no added MSG.
