My intentions with this sauce were to make something that was recognizably Filipino but also would work well with many foods.  This flavor was based off of Filipino adobo and has cane vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves black pepper, onion and garlic.  It is tangy, sweet, savory, and so delicious.
