This is a sauce made from homegrown garden tomatoes, the sweetest serrano chilis, and limes.  Arik really liked what I've been doing with my sauces and offered space in his backyard for me to start a garden which to this day has been incredibly prolific.  The ingredients in this sauce come from this specific garden and because my friend did something for me, I wanted to do something for all my friends- hence, Para Mis Amigos.

Ingredients: Tomato, Lime, Onion, Sweet Pepper, Serrano, Vinegar, Sea Salt, Dried Cayenne, Coriander, Szechuan Peppercorn, Cumin, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Black Peppercorn
