Blindsided

I have already finished 3 bottles of this hot sauce. It is my all time favorite sauce. The flavor is amazing and just the right amount of heat. Most reaper sauces are to hot and have too much vinegar in them. This sauce is balanced very well and extremely flavorful.

I tried a couple of the milder sauces at the 2022 Pomona Harvest Festival and was challenged to try Blindsided. I reluctantly did so; I was sure my mouth would be an inferno. My expression changed from terror to delight and I was sold. As they said, the heat isn't there to burn your mouth; it's there for taste. I missed the festival this year but just ordered another couple of bottles to make sure I don't run out. YUM!!!

This is easily in my top 5, likely in my top 3. It is so f’n good. Legit heat partnered with a nice citrus. I’ve been eating with steak, white rice and avocado daily for 10 days. Already out. Already ordered more. I’ll be putting this in stockings this Christmas, it’s a regular in my roster. I want it right now. So good

The blindsided is used to make real hot food at home. It’s also to use if you feel like you’re coming down with anything! Favorite dish is on a cheesy egg quesadilla!! Or put in a stir fry.
